the MAAD event at the red dot museum was totally cool!
TOTALLY COOL, TOTALLY!

mrt-ed to tanjong pagar to wait for cheejajaling after amaths and she was late for like 15mins. and the ever-so-punctual me(at times), was super early today! i reached at 330 instead of 4(cause i didn't know that the mrt travels so fast) and had to wait in that stuffy area for 45mins.

the wait was worth it.

cause we ended up spending more than 3hours in that area only as big as the area measuring from zhonghua's canteen to the d&t block. it was splendid, awesome, fantastic! i mean, i should so belong there.
from the moment i land my feet in that enclosed space, my heart was thumping non-stop. every single thing caught my eyes and the best thing is that it was so cheap! not cheap cheap, but cheap. get it? and you get to bargain and make friends and get inspirations, what is there more to ask for right?

from accessories to boxes to clay pieces to photographs to portraits to lightings to journals to postcards to paintings etc etc, EVERYTHING was nice, seriously everything. how i wish, how i wish(yes, i'm praying) that money starts dropping from the sky to me and i will get to buy so much more! really, it was just that great.

luckily i went with cheejajaling and she did brought along my savings! she must be my guardian angel in my times of need.
ching ching ching. i took out $50 and yes now i'm broke again.
i bought a pair of earings, a bracelet, 2 of OUR portraits(yes, we sat there for them), and clay pieces which costs me a total of $53, which was well not too bad i guess.

MAAD is held every first weekend of the month(if i had got the $, i'll go again tmr lor), and now it is on my to-do-list every month alr!
i greatly/widely/openly recommend this to everyone who has such great taste like me to go and check it out!

this has to be one of Singapore's greatest event.
